Cancellation Policy & Right of Withdrawal
Detailed information about withdrawal rights for customers and suppliers
A. For Customers (Consumers)
Applicable to private individuals submitting inquiries for outdoor projects (e.g., awnings, pergolas) free of charge.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (i.e., when you submit your project inquiry).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (xDoora e.U., Zusertalgasse 64E, 8010 Graz, Austria, Email: info@xdoora.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
2. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Since xDoora provides a service (intermediation of specialized contractors), please note the following: Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully provided the service. This is the case once we have successfully made your project data available to suppliers within our network.
B. For Suppliers (Contractors/Businesses)
Applicable to professional businesses purchasing credits to unlock project leads.
1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
As the services offered by xDoora for lead generation are exclusively directed at entrepreneurs/businesses within the meaning of the KSchG or UGB (B2B), there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to § 18 Para. 1 FAGG. No voluntary right of return is granted.
2. Regulations Regarding the Credit System
Purchase of Credits:
The purchase of credit packages is final. No refunds or cash payouts of purchased credits are permitted.
Unlocking Leads:
By using credits to unlock a specific project, xDoora's service is considered fully rendered.
Digital Content:
The supplier explicitly agrees that with the provision of digital data (customer contact details such as name and address), the contractual relationship is immediately fulfilled. A return of credits for leads already viewed is excluded—except in cases of demonstrably incorrect data (e.g., an invalid phone number).
